About the Private Wealth Management Mentor Role

Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program and is seeking a Private Wealth Management Mentor. This part-time, remote role in Saudi Arabia involves joining an elite network of professionals dedicated to guiding students and young professionals as they prepare for careers in high-stakes financial sectors.

Program Context

The Wall Street Oasis Mentorship Program connects experienced industry professionals with aspiring talent. Mentors provide practical guidance and insights to help individuals navigate the complexities of private wealth management careers, fostering their development and readiness for professional roles.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 coaching, including career guidance, interview preparation, resume reviews, and advice specific to Private Wealth Management recruiting.
• Lead optional small-group cohort sessions covering wealth management careers, client relationship management, portfolio construction, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the refinement of wealth management content, such as case studies, interview preparation materials, and financial planning resources (optional).
• Share practical insights on advising high-net-worth clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving success in private wealth careers.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in Private Wealth Management or related fields such as Wealth Advisory, Family Office, or Financial Advisory.
• Current or former professional background as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Relationship Manager, Investment Advisor, Director, or Managing Director.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to supporting aspiring wealth management professionals.
• A detail-oriented approach to delivering practical and actionable career guidance.

Work Arrangement

This role offers a remote and flexible work arrangement, allowing contributions from any location on a self-determined schedule. Mentors operate within a globally recognized finance community, contributing to the professional development of students from diverse backgrounds and top institutions. The time commitment is flexible, typically involving a few hours per month.
