About the Opportunity

LIXIL is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager Western Region to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving profitable sales growth and expanding market presence for the GROHE brand within the Western Region. The successful candidate will bring over 10 years of relevant experience to this pivotal position.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve annual sales targets and significantly increase GROHE's market share within the project sector. The Project Manager will be instrumental in enhancing the geographical presence of Grohe throughout the country, ensuring all efforts align with GROHE’s Mission and corporate objectives and KPIs. This position holds collective accountability for the overall delivery of country results and contributes to the leadership of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a main contributor to strategic planning for channel development within the region.
• Execute the Sales Mission and Project Channel Sales Mission in alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Manage projects by writing and maintaining project specifications within the Grohe project system.
• Identify key channels and target opportunities for project business in the Western Region.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with designers and architects across the country.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database and records of all key project contacts in the region.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports for senior management as required.

Strategic Alignment and Implementation

This role requires regular alignment with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring that local implementation fully complies with corporate guidelines. The Project Manager will provide high-quality information and analytical support to inform strategic priorities and initiatives, contributing directly to the country’s market performance in line with corporate objectives.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated success in operating effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to uphold Grohe’s established quality standards and reputation for excellence in all aspects of work.
