About the Role

stc is seeking a Quality Assurance Senior Expert to drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of Quality Assurance practices within Specialized. This full-time role focuses on ensuring effective process governance, adherence to internal policies, and alignment with regulatory and quality requirements. The role holder will provide expertise in quality assessments, business process design, control effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Role Purpose and Context

The Quality Assurance Senior Expert collaborates with relevant stakeholders to identify gaps, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen overall quality performance. This position operates in accordance with Specialized’s stipulated policies and procedures, contributing to robust quality frameworks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of Specialized’s Quality Assurance framework across business functions and service lines, ensuring alignment with approved policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality benchmarks and assessment criteria to evaluate process effectiveness and adherence to applicable standards and best practices.
• Lead business process design and review activities with relevant stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end process governance and ensure alignment with approved functional mandates.
• Conduct and lead Quality Assurance assessments across risk management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and other relevant business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with GRC and relevant stakeholders to identify control weaknesses, assess their impact, and recommend appropriate remediation and risk mitigation actions in alignment with stc Group frameworks and standards.
• Review and enhance QA-related policies, procedures, controls, and testing methodologies to improve governance effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement and reengineering activities to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving process performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction across Specialized.
• Monitor and analyze QA performance metrics and assessment results, identifying trends, recurring gaps, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders on QA findings and improvement actions to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified gaps.
• Prepare quality performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management on process effectiveness, control improvements, and quality enhancement opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 6-10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
