About the Role

Hilton is seeking a full-time Telephone Operator in Saudi Arabia with 0-1 years of experience. This role is central to guest experience, involving direct interaction through phone calls to provide information and support. The operator serves as a key point of contact, ensuring guests receive timely assistance and information regarding hotel services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage guest phone calls, providing hotel and local information, and efficiently handling requests.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Communicate clearly and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Relay guest requests to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support internal communication across various hotel teams.
• Address guest complaints and proactively work to prevent service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate logs of guest interactions and update guest profiles for future personalization.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest service, front office, or call center roles within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Capability to manage high call volumes and multiple requests efficiently.
• Skilled in resolving guest issues with discretion and a proactive approach.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and service protocols.
