The Role of Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of hotel operations. This position requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience, capable of contributing to service quality and guest satisfaction while upholding all operational standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the hotel’s daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Monitor the performance of operational departments and ensure compliance with service quality standards.
• Enhance the guest experience by professionally handling guest feedback and resolving complaints.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational procedures, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate between departments to maintain efficient operations and achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
• Support revenue growth initiatives while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and support operational teams to achieve high performance.
• Act on behalf of the Operations Manager when required and perform other related duties as assigned.
