About the Role

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is seeking an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst with a focus on instructional design. This full-time position is based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and involves supporting the creation and assessment of learning programs. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in instructional design.

Role Purpose

The Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) is responsible for contributing to the design, development, and evaluation of engaging learning programs and instructional content. The primary focus is on developing interactive and effective learning experiences by applying industry-standard instructional design methodologies and authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and learner-centered instructional content that aligns with organizational learning objectives.
• Apply instructional design principles and learning methodologies to create effective training materials and learning experiences.
• Develop digital learning content using industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and relevant stakeholders to gather content requirements and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Support the development, review, and evaluation of learning programs to ensure content quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate learning materials and programs, recommending improvements based on learner feedback, evaluation results, and best practices.
• Ensure instructional content is clear, accessible, engaging, and aligned with established learning and quality standards.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design, digital learning, and learning evaluation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or Learning, Design, and Technology from a recognized and approved program.
• Demonstrated working proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate for designing and developing interactive learning content.
• Sound understanding of instructional design principles, learning methodologies, and digital learning development.

Experience

Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in instructional design or a related field.
