Rua Al Madinah is seeking a Business Application Support Senior Specialist to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance and availability of the company's critical business applications. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Rua Al Madinah's vital business applications. The specialist will collaborate closely with the IT operations team, application owners, and end-users to identify and resolve complex issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the continuous, seamless operation of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing timely and effective support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for the organization's business applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Proactively monitor application performance and usage, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Support user training and system adoption to ensure end-users are equipped with the knowledge to utilize systems effectively.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Solutions Manager and other key stakeholders on system status and support initiatives.

System Management and Collaboration

• Collaborate with the infrastructure team on user access management, directory synchronization (*, aligning SAP SuccessFactors with Azure Active Directory), and role mapping.
• Partner with application owners, business analysts, and development teams to understand evolving business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for upgrades.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including application architecture, configuration, operational procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Work with the IT operations team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of business applications.
• Support the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of low-code applications (such as OutSystems) to deliver scalable business solutions.
• Manage, monitor, and support enterprise application integrations and APIs.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in business application support or a related IT field.
