The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within its manufacturing facilities. This full-time role is critical for ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, and adherence to engineering compliance standards. The position also involves developing a high-performing, multi-skilled engineering workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards across all operations.
Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering management within manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated experience in leading engineering and maintenance operations.
Proven ability to implement and manage preventive maintenance systems.
Experience in asset management and ensuring engineering compliance.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing engineering teams.
