The Role of Senior Personnel Technician

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join its team. This full-time role involves performing a wide range of personnel and administration tasks. The position supports the Payroll Function by processing and maintaining personnel-related documents, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments in compliance with established policies and procedures. The Senior Personnel Technician will operate under the direction of the Regional Personnel Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of personnel and administration tasks.
• Process personnel-related documents.
• Maintain personnel-related documents.
• Support the Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate employee pay.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures in all tasks.
