About the Cluster Sales Manager Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to join its team in Medina. This full-time role is responsible for generating and managing group sales, contributing to memorable guest experiences, and upholding the standards of hospitality.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Cluster Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This position focuses on strategic sales planning and execution to maximize revenue and profitability across assigned market segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Manage booking details by coordinating customer requirements, including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.

Qualifications and Experience

• This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Hotel sales experience is preferred.
