Hire Feed is seeking a Corporate Attorney specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for one of its clients. This contract position is based in Saudi Arabia and involves providing legal guidance on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate merger and acquisition agreements, asset purchase agreements, and other related transaction documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence on target companies, identifying potential risks and liabilities pertinent to transactions.
• Advise on corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
• Structure and document corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory bodies to facilitate the smooth execution of transactions.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, with a specific focus on M&A transactions. The role requires a strong understanding of legal principles governing corporate transactions, due diligence processes, and corporate governance. Experience working within or advising technology, information, or internet companies is beneficial.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $40 to $70 per hour. The work arrangement is on a contract basis, providing flexibility while contributing to significant corporate initiatives.
