The Role of Digital Marketing Manager

Accor is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic online initiatives and manage marketing campaigns. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital marketing efforts, from conception to execution and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling strategic online initiatives.
• Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
• Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to maintain effectiveness.
• Negotiating advertising contracts.
• Collaborating with other department heads and teams to discuss plans and marketing strategies.
• Working with the finance team to set and adhere to budgets.
• Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing field.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
• Two or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
• Proficiency in using social media as a marketing tool.
• Understanding of website metrics and best practices.
• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, and email marketing.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
