Role Summary

PE Global Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead Oncology Nursing Services. This full-time leadership position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia and involves overseeing comprehensive nursing operations within a large tertiary healthcare environment.

Position Overview

The Director of Nursing holds 24-hour operational responsibility for Oncology Nursing Services. This role focuses on providing strategic leadership to nursing managers, driving clinical excellence, improving quality outcomes, and implementing strategic nursing initiatives across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oncology Nursing operations throughout the department.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for nursing services.
• Oversee departmental budgets, workforce planning, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
• Ensure compliance with international healthcare accreditation standards.
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient care delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A current professional nursing license is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in nursing leadership, preferably within a senior role overseeing oncology services in a tertiary healthcare setting.
