About the Role

Eram Talent, a division of the ERAM Group, is seeking an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman for drilling and workover operations. This full-time position involves overseeing field operations for land drilling and workover rigs, ensuring efficient and safe execution of drilling and remedial tasks on wells of varying depths. The company is focused on finding the right candidate, and salary is not a constraint.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all drilling and workover operations, ensuring adherence to safety policies and contractual obligations.
• Manage rig crews and contractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor well progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments and recommendations to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Ensure the timely delivery and availability of all required well materials and equipment for ongoing operations.
• Maintain accurate daily drilling reports and all relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to implement best practices and modern drilling techniques.
• Oversee equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and improve operational safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all rig personnel comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in drilling and workover operations, including supervisory roles, preferably gained through progression on drilling or workover rigs.
• Alternatively, a * degree in Engineering with at least 7 years of hands-on drilling and workover experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of drilling and workover equipment, techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Candidates must be willing to live and work in remote locations and potentially harsh conditions, which may include mobile camps.
