Role Summary

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking an ERP - Project Manager. This full-time role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems across the organization. The manager ensures that Oracle applications meet business needs, align with industry best practices, and support operational efficiency. This position requires leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with key business stakeholders to support digital transformation and financial system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and optimization of Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Projects, HRMS, and SCM.
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Manage a team of ERP analysts, developers, and consultants to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain and enforce strong governance, change management, and documentation practices.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP issues in coordination with IT and functional teams.
• Manage Oracle ERP vendor relationships, contracts, and support services.
• Provide training and support to users on Oracle ERP functionalities and changes.
• Monitor system performance, user adoption, and suggest enhancements.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud/Fusion trends and updates and assess their relevance to the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in ERP project management.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle ERP systems, including implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
