About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Executive Director - Delivery - Residential. This full-time role involves leading the delivery of residential development projects, focusing on quality, timely execution, and stakeholder satisfaction. The Executive Director will manage all aspects of residential project delivery, ensuring coordination between design, construction, and operations teams. This position requires over 10 years of experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The Executive Director - Delivery - Residential will play a crucial part in creating living environments within the broader Qiddiya project. This involves leading strategic planning, overseeing execution, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the successful delivery of residential projects, aligning with Qiddiya’s vision and quality standards.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies, processes, and systems for residential developments.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring coordination and efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements for all residential projects.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including developers, government agencies, and community representatives.
• Provide timely reporting to senior management on project status, challenges, and opportunities.
• Mentor and develop delivery team members to enhance capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience working with a large real estate developer (client-side) is required.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of local residential construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
