About the Role

Accor is seeking an F&B Supervisor for SLS The Red Sea, a luxury lifestyle resort located on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the daily operations of a Food & Beverage outlet, ensuring consistent service delivery, and creating engaging guest experiences that align with SLS brand standards. The F&B Supervisor will work closely with the leadership team to support service staff and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to SLS brand standards.
• Oversee service flow and guest engagement during shifts, particularly in the absence of senior management.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, properly set up, and prepared for service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign stations, and communicate service priorities to the team.
• Lead by example in delivering attentive and professional service.
• Engage with guests, build rapport, recognize preferences, and deliver personalized experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and address service gaps proactively.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to the service team to maintain high performance.
• Deliver on-the-job training and support the onboarding and development of new team members.
• Ensure all colleagues follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), grooming standards, hygiene practices, and behavioral guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration between service, culinary, and wider F&B teams.
• Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and support revenue.
• Monitor POS entries, voids, and transactions for accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Support stock control, par-level monitoring, inventory checks, and stocktaking to minimize wastage.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, food safety, and HACCP requirements.
• Assist management with staff scheduling, duty rosters, shift reports, and other operational documentation.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a premium or 5-star restaurant, bar, or hotel outlet.
• Demonstrated experience in team supervision, guest interaction, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, product knowledge, and sequence of service.
• Previous experience within luxury or lifestyle hospitality brands is an advantage.
