About the Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress Role

Hilton is seeking a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress to join its Hotels team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time position focuses on providing food and beverage service, contributing to memorable guest experiences, and upholding the standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Engaging with guests in a friendly and proactive manner to enhance their meal experience.
• Developing comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests with their selections and inquiries.
• Accurately taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and ensuring prompt and precise delivery of completed orders.
• Maintaining the food service station by ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and organized.
• Adhering to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the well-being of both guests and team members.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates for the Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related service role. A professional approach to guest interaction and a commitment to service quality are expected. This is a full-time position located in Medina.
