Introduction to the Forklift Operator Role

Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI) is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team in 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves the safe and efficient handling, loading, unloading, transfer, and arrangement of goods and pallets within our warehouse and plant facilities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operational flow while strictly adhering to company safety procedures and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Forklift Operator will perform a range of essential tasks to support our logistics and production operations, including:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers.
• Load and unload Bulk Transport Containers (BTCs).
• Transfer finished goods from the main plant to the distribution warehouse.
• Change and arrange pallets to facilitate wholesale operations.
• Arrange and organize empty pallets within designated areas.
• Sort empty bottles and shells as required.
• Maintain safe and organized warehouse and loading areas at all times.
• Adhere to all company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and operational procedures.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Storekeeper or supervisor.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of safe forklift operation and warehouse procedures is essential. The role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working effectively within a dynamic operational environment.

Operational Environment

This role operates within the plant and distribution warehouse areas, focusing on the movement and organization of goods and materials. The operator will be responsible for ensuring that all handling and storage activities contribute to an efficient and orderly workflow, directly supporting the company's production and distribution objectives.
