TK Elevator is seeking Fresh Grad Engineers to join its team in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based at the company's new manufacturing facility, offering an opportunity for Saudi Nationals to begin their professional journey within a structured development program.

The Graduate Engineer Development Program

The Graduate Engineer Development Program is designed for fresh graduates, specifically Industrial and Electrical Engineers. This structured program provides hands-on exposure across various departments, including Contract Engineering, PSM Quality, PDC, and MC. Participants will gain practical experience in factory operations, quality control, production planning, process improvement, and general manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in activities within Contract Engineering, PSM Quality, PDC, and MC departments.
• Support daily factory operations, production planning, and process-related tasks.
• Assist with quality control, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to production data analysis, performance monitoring, and process improvement efforts.
• Prepare reports, procedures, work instructions, and other departmental documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Collaborate with various factory departments to achieve operational objectives.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors and mentors throughout the program.
• Perform other assigned duties as part of the development program.

Candidate Profile

TK Elevator is looking for a Fresh Grad Engineer who is a Saudi National. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering and possess 0-1 years of professional experience. This role is suited for individuals eager to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Availability for immediate joining.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
