About the Role
Jobgether is seeking a GTM Strategist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to a high-growth developer platform, focusing on the intersection of strategy, data, and execution to optimize go-to-market operations and scalability. The role involves designing and refining systems that drive revenue performance, requiring close collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure unified data flow and decision-making. This position blends strategic analysis with hands-on data work, with significant involvement in revenue operations, forecasting, segmentation, and performance insights. The GTM Strategist will be instrumental in building scalable infrastructure to enhance customer understanding, improve conversion rates, and foster long-term growth within a global, developer-focused business. This is a highly cross-functional, impact-driven role for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and excel at building solutions from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and advance the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, emphasizing customer success through pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, and capacity planning.
- Establish and maintain a reliable, centralized source of truth for revenue and usage data across various systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop segmentation models, coverage strategies, and quota structures that align with developer-led buying behaviors.
- Define key go-to-market metrics across the entire funnel, from acquisition to expansion, and translate data into actionable insights to guide business decisions.
- Lead the RevOps roadmap by prioritizing tooling, evaluating systems, and managing vendor relationships to enhance GTM efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue alignment, maintaining consistency between operational and financial models.
- Work with engineering and GTM systems teams to automate workflows and construct scalable data pipelines that operationalize strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Strategy Consulting, preferably within a B2B SaaS or developer-focused company.
- Strong proficiency with GTM tools such as HubSpot and BigQuery, and familiarity with modern data stacks; demonstrated ability to navigate and leverage complex datasets.
- Hands-on SQL skills enabling independent data extraction and insight generation.
- Experience in designing or improving sales processes, forecasting frameworks, or territory models within high-growth environments.
- Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) models, including usage-based triggers and PLG-to-sales conversion dynamics.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
- A highly autonomous mindset with a strong bias towards ownership, execution, and building scalable systems from the ground up.
