Head Bartender

About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Head Bartender to join its team. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience through exceptional service, extending beyond basic food and drink delivery. The Head Bartender will contribute to an environment where transactions are integrated into the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, ensuring readiness for guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests, providing a range of services to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensure a safe workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Manage physical demands of the role, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces.
• Read and visually verify menu information accurately.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items.
• Perform tasks requiring reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification is required.
