Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within the resort.

Role Overview

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the Housekeeping Department's daily operations. This role involves ensuring that all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas consistently meet the hotel’s established cleanliness, quality, and brand standards, contributing directly to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign daily tasks, and supervise the housekeeping team.
• Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, quality, and brand standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Maintenance, and other operational departments to ensure timely room readiness.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
• Prepare departmental reports, monitor performance indicators, and implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hotel industry.
• Proven experience in managing hotel housekeeping operations.
