About Omana'a and the Role

Omana'a is seeking an Independent Sales Consultant to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This is a contract, remote position focused on driving sales through client engagement and solution presentation. Role Purpose and Engagement

The Independent Sales Consultant will play a key role in identifying and engaging prospective clients. This involves conducting virtual meetings to thoroughly assess client needs and subsequently providing tailored recommendations. The primary objective is to improve client outcomes and contribute directly to revenue growth for Omana'a through effective solution presentation and sales support.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage a personal sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through all stages.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals that address client requirements and present Omana'a's solutions effectively.
• Execute timely follow-ups on leads to maintain engagement and advance sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as necessary to ensure seamless client support and solution delivery.
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
• Ensure a positive client experience through responsive communication and ongoing support throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in remote or independent sales roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a personal sales pipeline and working proficiently with CRM software.
• Strong self-management, time-management, and organizational abilities are essential for effective remote contract work.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools, including video conferencing platforms, email platforms, and spreadsheets.
• An understanding of consultative selling techniques and their application in client interactions.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract-based position, operating entirely on a remote basis. Candidates must be capable of working independently and managing their workflow effectively from a remote location within Saudi Arabia.
