About the Role

Rua Al Madinah Holding is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to lead and manage its investor ecosystem. This full-time position, based in Medina, Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, is crucial for supporting the company's business development strategy by cultivating a robust investor pipeline and fostering strong relationships. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for the identification, engagement, and ongoing management of investors. This involves developing and executing strategies to build and maintain a strong investor base, ensuring structured engagement processes, and providing essential market intelligence to inform investment positioning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading strategic partnerships, investment origination, and deal structuring.
• Conducting investment analysis, feasibility studies, and providing decision support.
• Developing and managing investor relations strategy and portfolio.
• Engaging with stakeholders and building strategic networks.
• Gathering market intelligence, conducting research, and supporting strategic positioning.
• Managing people within the investor relations function.
• Contributing to planning and budgeting processes.
• Developing and overseeing policies, systems, processes, procedures, standards, and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of related professional experience.
