About the Marketing Coordinator Role

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting marketing initiatives and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the department and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the marketing department's objectives and managing daily office operations. This position is integral to spreading the spirit of hospitality by assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and providing essential administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including proofreading advertising copy and supporting marketing campaigns.
Maintain the department calendar and coordinate internal projects to ensure timely completion.
Support the sales process by preparing booking reports, contracts, proposals, and client call summaries.
Assist with loyalty point postings.
Perform daily office operations, including data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping.
Provide administrative support for special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. A foundational understanding of marketing principles and administrative tasks is beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
