About the Role

Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital platforms and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation and audience engagement.
• Design social media posts, promotional materials, and special offers.
• Photograph products, branches, and events, producing high-quality photo and video content.
• Edit and produce engaging content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
• Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, analyzing their performance and optimizing for results.
• Monitor customer reviews and actively engage with customers across various platforms.
• Develop creative marketing ideas aimed at increasing reach, engagement, and sales.
• Prepare regular reports detailing marketing and campaign performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven experience in social media management and managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• A portfolio of previous work is required for review.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
