As a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Drill Bits, you will join a team focused on solving technical problems and improving product performance and process efficiency. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating Drill Bit design and manufacturing packages using 3-D modeling and data management systems.
• Interfacing with Product Line Management, Operations, Manufacturing, and Technology groups to enhance product performance and process efficiency.
• Documenting and sharing lessons learned with cross-functional teams.
• Supporting Manufacturing with problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Conducting all activities in adherence to company non-negotiables and applicable processes for HSE, Quality, Legal Compliance, and Cultural pillars.
