About the Peer Reviewer Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Peer Reviewers for Applied Physics publications. This is a long-term, stable part-time position that supports remote work. Applicants are requested to carefully review the requirements and complete the application process accurately.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Peer Reviewer, your primary responsibility is to critically evaluate submitted manuscripts to ensure the quality, originality, and scientific rigor of research in Applied Physics. This involves assessing the novelty of the work, the appropriateness and clarity of the study design and methodology, and the thoroughness of the literature review. You will analyze the presentation of results and conclusions, ensuring they are well-supported by the data and contribute meaningfully to the field. A key aspect of this role is providing clear, concise, and constructive feedback to authors and the journal editor, highlighting any potential flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns. Your evaluation will directly inform the editor's decision regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Required Qualifications

• A Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent advanced degree in Applied Physics or a closely related field.
• A record of publishing at least 5 papers in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years.
• A thorough understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles within the discipline.
• Prior experience as a peer reviewer for academic journals is highly desirable.
