About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a Personal PR & Branding Executive to shape, protect, and amplify the public image of a high-profile individual. This full-time role involves executing a cohesive personal branding strategy across media, digital platforms, and public appearances, ensuring consistency in voice, narrative, and visual identity. The position requires a blend of strategic communications and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and evolution of a personal brand strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all public-facing channels.
  • Manage media relations activities, including press kits, media briefs, outreach efforts, and coordination of interviews, features, and speaking engagements.
  • Oversee and execute social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, ensuring engagement and alignment with brand goals.
  • Develop and refine written content, including social copy, talking points, articles, and thought leadership pieces, with ghostwriting as required.
  • Coordinate logistics and preparation for public events, appearances, panels, and keynotes, ensuring strong brand presentation and readiness.
  • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and online presence, proactively identifying reputational risks and supporting crisis communications when needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and external stakeholders to maintain a high-quality and consistent brand presence across all formats.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding, or media relations, preferably supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital branding, and content distribution across major platforms.
  • Proven experience working with media professionals, influencers, agencies, or public-facing stakeholders.

Essential Attributes

  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong project management skills coupled with a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Russian is a strong advantage, and proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
