About the Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a part-time Peer Reviewer for academic manuscripts in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term, stable position that supports remote work. Candidates are requested to carefully review the requirements and accurately complete the application process.

Role Overview

The Peer Reviewer will be responsible for evaluating academic manuscripts to ensure their quality, originality, and adherence to scholarly standards. This role requires a strong understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles within a specific academic discipline. The reviewer will provide constructive feedback to authors and assist journal editors in making publication decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and originality of submitted manuscripts, determining their contribution to the field.
• Evaluate the appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity of study designs and methodologies to ensure reproducibility.
• Verify that the manuscript thoroughly incorporates and cites relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze the presentation of results and conclusions, ensuring they are clearly stated, supported by data, and significant to the field.
• Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to authors, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential ethical concerns.
• Make recommendations regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection to the journal editor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent advanced degree in the relevant subject area.
• A record of publishing at least 5 papers in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience as a peer reviewer for academic journals is highly desirable.
