About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Project Coordinator (Mixed-Use) (Urban Core) (REQ741) to provide administrative and coordination support to the Urban Core mixed-use development team. This full-time, entry-level position is designed for a highly organized individual looking to gain experience within a major mixed-use development environment.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining project information, coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring the team operates efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant development project with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings, workshops, calendars, and team activities.
Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and basic reports.
Track actions, deadlines, and follow-ups across the team.
Maintain project files, trackers, contact lists, and document records.
Support communication between internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
Assist with onboarding, travel, expenses, procurement, and general administration.
Provide wider business support as required by the Urban Core team.
