About the SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Role

Tradify Business Solutions is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. This full-time position involves supporting a Saudi-based government client and requires a professional with significant experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations. The role is primarily remote from India, with potential travel based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and determine root causes for issues and incidents within various SuccessFactors modules.
• Possess a sound understanding of integration points within SuccessFactors and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration techniques.
• Address both process and technical issues encountered by the customer.
• Define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors solutions.
• Perform system configuration in accordance with solution design and business blueprints.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Provide training to user communities, including end-users and super users.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• SAP certified in Employee Central.
• Trained or possess knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation, and Learning.
• Strong XML knowledge.

Experience Profile

• 5-7 years of SAP HCM experience.
• Implementation experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
• Preferably a minimum of 2-3 years of domain experience.

Work Environment and Logistics

This is a full-time position with a primary work location in India (Work From Home). The role supports a Saudi-based government-owned client and may involve travel opportunities based on project needs. Candidates should be available to join within 15 days.
