About the Role

Retal Urban Development is seeking a Senior Delivery Project Manager to lead and execute strategic and confidential projects directly under the CEO. This full-time role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage high-priority initiatives with minimal supervision.

Role Overview

The Senior Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the CEO’s private and strategic projects. This involves coordinating across various internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with the CEO’s vision and organizational goals, while maintaining the highest level of discretion for sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the CEO’s private and strategic projects.
• Coordinate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Ensure all projects align with the CEO’s vision and the overall organizational goals.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within project execution.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery adheres to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic and confidential initiatives.
