Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Investment PMO is responsible for managing the delivery of the Investment initiative portfolio within the Investment PMO. This full-time role involves converting the approved roadmap into a tracked and governed delivery process. The position reports directly to the Group Chief Investment Officer and is accountable for the on-time delivery of the portfolio, maintaining the integrity of risk and benefits records, and ensuring the quality of portfolio reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing portfolio planning and sequencing activities.
Administering stage-gate processes for investment initiatives.
Controlling milestones, dependencies, and risks within the portfolio.
Tracking benefits realization across the investment portfolio.
Monitoring portfolio budget and resource allocation.
Applying project management standards and the investment lifecycle and approval framework set by the GCIO Office.
Receiving approved roadmaps and allocation positions from the GCIO Office.
Releasing delivery baselines and stage-gate outcomes to Capital Partnerships, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, and Land Sales teams.

Reporting and Accountability

This role reports to the Group Chief Investment Officer. The Senior Manager, Investment PMO is accountable for ensuring the timely delivery of the investment portfolio, maintaining accurate risk and benefits records, and producing high-quality portfolio reports.
