About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Specialist - Logistics Centers to join its specialized supply chain and logistics subsidiary, Red Sea Coastal Trading Company. This subsidiary is integral to powering the seamless delivery of materials, equipment, and services across Red Sea Global's pioneering developments. The role operates within Saudi Arabia’s ambitious regenerative tourism projects, focusing on end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement support, transportation coordination, inventory and warehouse management, and last-mile logistics to remote destinations.

Role Context and Purpose

The Senior Specialist - Receiving is a critical position within the distribution center operations. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the receiving processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures. The incumbent's contribution is vital to the overall efficiency and success of the distribution center's functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of receiving operations, including the unloading, sorting, and processing of inbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all received shipments, including the updating of inventory records.
• Supervise team members, providing guidance on receiving operations to foster efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.
• Collaborate effectively with other warehouse departments, such as inventory control, warehouse operations, and quality control, to facilitate efficient product receiving.
• Monitor receiving operations to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements within the receiving area.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in distribution center receiving operations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of receiving processes, inventory systems, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of overall relevant experience is required for this role.
