The Role

Mozn is seeking a Senior Specialist, Rewards to join its team. This full-time position involves supporting the design and implementation of rewards strategies and processes, contributing to workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in Rewards or Data Analytics and is currently prioritizing Saudi national candidates in line with Saudization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation, and awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes, including HR tailored frameworks, programs, and policies.
Assist business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce plans, and cost management.
Support and revise job descriptions, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with business partners to develop and review workforce plans.
Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools (*, Excel, Tableau).

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Rewards or Data Analytics roles.
Strong knowledge of current Rewards trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.
Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs.

Required Skills

Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams.
Outstanding multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn.
