The Role: Senior Specialist Rewards

MOZN is seeking a Senior Specialist Rewards to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves supporting the design and implementation of rewards strategies and processes, as well as collaborating with business partners on various HR and workforce planning matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes, including HR tailored frameworks, programs, and policies.
• Provide support to business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce planning, and cost management.
• Support and revise job descriptions for relevant positions, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
• Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and review workforce plans.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
• Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools (*, Excel, Tableau).

Qualifications and Experience
