Spa Receptionist (Saudi)

About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Spa Receptionist (Saudi) to join their team. This full-time role involves supporting essential spa functions and contributing to a memorable guest experience through professional service delivery and effective management of spa operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information and answers regarding spa services.
• Check in guests efficiently and professionally.
• Process payments for services and products.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None.
