Core Responsibilities

As a senior technical contributor, the Sr Enterprise Full Stack Developer will deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions, support modernization initiatives, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications across backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and database layers.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, primarily focusing on backend development while contributing to frontend enhancements as required.
• Modernize and maintain legacy applications, supporting migration initiatives toward modern .NET technologies.
• Build and integrate AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver business value.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced full-stack developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in client-facing environments. Essential qualifications include:

• 7-8+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Ability to work directly with clients, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision in distributed environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA.

Technical Requirements
