About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Engineering to take bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of projects. This full-time role involves managing all phases of project planning and execution, primarily for very large projects, typically valued at less than $500 million in total installed cost. The position operates with general autonomy and may also involve managing multiple smaller projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control domestic and international projects in adherence to company policies, procedures, systems, and approved requirements.
• Maintain day-to-day contact and communication with clients, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders, ensuring effective team performance.
• Manage and oversee contract performance for assigned projects.
• Potentially serve as the proposal manager for major domestic and international project proposals.

Project Scope and Accountability

The Sr. Project Manager is independently accountable for a major profit/loss center. The role encompasses comprehensive oversight from project initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to financial and technical objectives. This includes managing projects that can be very large in scale, requiring a strong understanding of project lifecycle management and industry best practices.
