Hmolat is seeking a dedicated Trucks Sourcing Executive to join its operations team. This full-time position is based in the Al Madinah region, with operations covering the cities of Yanbu and Medina.

The Role: Trucks Sourcing Executive

The Trucks Sourcing Executive plays a crucial role within the operations team, contributing to the efficient provision of trucks from registered suppliers. This position is essential for executing daily transport requests and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely provision of required trucks for daily transport requests and their punctual arrival. This involves close coordination with carriers and drivers, continuous monitoring of transport routes, and meticulous documentation of any incidents for immediate resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and provide required trucks in coordination with approved carriers and according to established operational schedules.
• Communicate effectively with transport companies and drivers to ensure truck readiness and proper loading procedures.
• Schedule truck movements and provide continuous, real-time updates to the operations team.
• Immediately report and document any incidents, delays, loss, or theft, and promptly arrange for alternative solutions.
• Verify that carriers consistently comply with contractual terms, including truck type, vehicle condition, and driver conduct.
• Conduct periodic visits to carriers to ensure their adherence to established quality and safety standards.
• Support the performance evaluation of carriers and drivers, coordinating closely with operational teams and warehouses.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in the transportation sector.

• Demonstrated high-level communication skills.
