About St. Regis and the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Waiter - Saudi National, a role also referred to as a Guest Service Expert. This full-time position is dedicated to creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, with food and beverages serving as a complement to the overall service. The role involves delivering a comprehensive range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during their meal.

Role Purpose and Guest Interaction

The primary purpose of this role is to engage directly with guests, taking initiative to provide attentive service that enhances their dining experience. The Waiter will be responsible for ensuring that all interactions and service deliveries contribute positively to the guest's enjoyment, upholding the high standards of St. Regis.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established service standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interact with and serve guests, addressing their needs throughout their meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Process transactions efficiently, integrating them seamlessly into the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Read and visually verify information, including managing menu details.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None required.
