About the Well Testing Crew Role

Progressive is seeking a Well Testing Crew to join their operations in Saudi Arabia. This contract position involves various roles within well testing, focusing on safe and efficient execution of operations, equipment management, and data acquisition. The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in well testing activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Well Test Supervisor: Lead and supervise all well testing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of surface well testing, flowback, clean-up, and production testing activities. Responsibilities include crew leadership, client interaction, equipment integrity, and operational reporting.
• Well Test Chief Operator: Support the Well Test Supervisor in the execution of well testing operations. Provide direct supervision of operators during equipment rig-up, testing, monitoring, maintenance, and rig-down activities.
• Well Test Operator: Perform safe operation, maintenance, rig-up, and rig-down of well testing equipment. Support testing operations and ensure accurate monitoring of process parameters and equipment performance.
• DAQ Engineer (Data Acquisition Engineer): Responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ) used during well testing operations. Ensure accurate collection, validation, reporting, and delivery of test data to clients.

General Responsibilities Across Roles

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Maintain equipment integrity and perform routine maintenance.
• Accurately monitor and record operational parameters.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in well testing operations or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• For supervisory roles, proven leadership and client interaction skills are essential.
• For DAQ Engineer, experience with Data Acquisition Systems is mandatory.

This is a contract position based in Saudi Arabia. Specific project locations within Saudi Arabia may vary based on operational needs.
