About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Logistics to join their team in Abha. This full-time role involves overseeing transport operations to ensure timely product delivery and milk collection, and adherence to schedules. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure transport supervisors execute planned shifts and daily operations effectively.
• Oversee the scheduled delivery of products.
• Manage the timely collection of milk.
• Ensure all transport activities return to the Central Processing Plant (CPP) as scheduled.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in engineering or a logistics background is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity, specifically involving the supervision of Transport Supervisors.
• Knowledge of QSHE, Health & Safety standards, and Company Quality Policies.

Required Skills

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong aptitude and positive behavior and attitude.
• High level of computer proficiency, including MS Office.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
