Job Description: This job involves setting and defining performance and quality indicators in customer service. The candidate will be responsible for participating in updating customer service procedures and guides and developing programs to enhance quality and professionalism in the established systems. Tasks will also include identifying strengths and weaknesses in current systems and preparing specialized documents and reports.
