Safety & Security Officer

About the Role

كلية باترجي الطبية - Batterjee Medical College is seeking a Safety & Security Officer to join their team in Abha, Asir. This full-time role is essential for maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for students, employees, and visitors, while also upholding data privacy policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect college premises from potential dangers.
• Maintain a visible uniformed presence to ensure the safety of all individuals on campus.
• Ensure all visitors are properly logged upon entry at the gate.
• Manage and expedite traffic flow within the campus.
• Issue citations for parking violations as necessary.
• Provide security escort services when requested.
• Perform crowd control duties during events or as required.
• Prevent unauthorized entry into college buildings after working hours without explicit management approval.
• Conduct security checks of doors and windows, ensuring they are locked, and turn off lights in unoccupied areas.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, log incoming calls, and maintain other required records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in safety and security roles.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to adhere to and enforce institutional policies, including data privacy.
