F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh or Ad Dir'iyah. This role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Duties

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Processing transactions while ensuring they contribute positively to the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe working environment for all.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Managing the menu, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Taking a hands-on approach to work, which includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance. This also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as required by the work environment.
