Senior Odoo Developer & Technical Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Odoo Developer with strong Project Management capabilities to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Odoo's core technologies and development frameworks while effectively managing development teams, project timelines, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo Development

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
• Develop and integrate Odoo ERP solutions including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, CRM, and Project Management.
• Customize Odoo workflows, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
• Develop REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Optimize system performance and database efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best development practices.

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor development teams.
• Establish coding standards and development guidelines.
• Design technical architecture and system solutions.
• Manage source control, deployment processes, and development environments.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of Odoo implementations.

Project Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Certifications

• Odoo Certified Developer.
