The Opportunity: ODOO Developer Technical Lead

Awtad Real Estate is seeking an experienced ODOO Developer Technical Lead to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role offers a significant opportunity to help shape and strengthen the technology function behind a growing real estate business, with a particular focus on ERP capability, operational efficiency, and cross-department collaboration. The successful candidate will play a central role in guiding the company’s ERP and wider IT direction, combining technical leadership with operational oversight to ensure business systems support day-to-day needs while enabling future growth and improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As ODOO Developer Technical Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating the entire IT department and all IT projects.
• Leading cross-functional technology projects and overseeing project coordination across business and IT teams.
• Designing ERP solutions that are precisely aligned with business and operational needs.
• Troubleshooting ERP and business application issues to support reliable operations.
• Managing IT teams and external vendors while maintaining effective communication with business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ODOO development and technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate IT departments and projects.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong expertise in designing ERP solutions and troubleshooting business application issues.
• Experience in managing IT teams and external vendors, coupled with strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Location and Availability

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Applicants must either be currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh, and available to attend interviews in the city. The successful candidate should also be available to commence employment within 30 days of signing the offer letter.
